One entry can be made per person, per household, per day; this means you may enter once a day but if someone from your household has already entered you will be asked to try again another day. Each promotional bottle can only be used once to enter.

In the main promotion we had 10,000 winning moments selected at random throughout the promotion, each lasting for one second. The first consumer who entered their batch code and photo on one of these winning moments, won the allocated prize. We did not guarantee all prizes would be won. Included within this 10,000 winning moments were a number of moments which are longer than one second, and would not elapse until the prize has been won. These non-elapsing winning moments were spread across the top two prize tiers.

No, you can not use the same bottle more than once.

You must use a different bottle for each entry into the promotion. If for example, you have purchased a 6x500ml multipack, you may enter each batch code and time stamp from each bottle in your pack, limited to one per day. Please ensure you take a separate photo of the batch code and time stamp for each bottle you enter.

Unfortunately, only promotional bottles can be used to enter the promotion. You may contact the retailer directly to enquire if it's possible to exchange your bottle.

Yes of course. Please just ensure you take a separate photo of the batch code and time stamp for each bottle you enter. You are limited to one entry per bottle, and one per household, per day.

The 8-digit batch code and time stamp are found on the neck of the Highland Spring bottle. See entry page for an example of where you can find the code on your bottle. The print is white on our bottles so look carefully. If you see 8033 09:00 you will need to enter 80330900 on the website.

Requesting a photo of the batch code is our way of ensuring all entries are legitimate and the promotion is fair to everyone.

Rest assured you only need to hold on to your bottle as evidence if you receive an instant win notification upon entering the code. If you don’t receive an instant win notification, the bottle can be recycled to give it a second life.
