Pick up a promotional bottle or multipack of Highland Spring in store and enter your personal details, plus the batch code and time stamp from the bottle, online at www.highlandspring.com/H2Oomph to see instantly if you have won. If you are a winner, your entry will be validated within 5 working days.

The promotion will run between 00:01, 1st February 2018 and 23:59, 30th June 2018. All entries received between 1st July 2018 and 31st December 2018 will be entered into a final mop up prize draw where one winner will be awarded a second-tier prize. The draw will take place within 7 days of mop up draw close.

This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter, their families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or "step"), agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

Unfortunately the promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

One entry can be made per person, per household, per day; this means you may enter once a day but if someone from your household has already entered you will be asked to try again another day. Each promotional bottle can only be used once to enter.

Unfortunately not, a promotional bottle is required to enter the promotion. Promotional bottles and packs are available from major grocery retailers and selected convenience stores across the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

You must use a different bottle for each entry into the promotion. If for example, you have purchased a 6x500ml multipack, you may enter each batch code and time stamp from each bottle in your pack, limited to one per day. Please ensure you take a separate photo of the batch code and time stamp for each bottle you enter.

Unfortunately, only promotional bottles can be used to enter the promotion. You may contact the retailer directly to enquire if it's possible to exchange your bottle.

Promotional packs and bottles are available from all major retailers and selected convenience stores across the UK.

The 8-digit batch code and time stamp are found on the neck of the Highland Spring bottle. See entry page for an example of where you can find the code on your bottle. The print is white on our bottles so look carefully. If you see 8033 09:00 you will need to enter 80330900 on the website.

Winning moments are randomly seeded throughout the promotional period via time stamps of entries. Those valid entrants entering their batch code and time stamp on one of these winning moments will win the allocated prize.

You will know instantly whether your entry has been successful or not; you will receive an instant on-screen notification, as well as an email. All winners' will be subject to a verification process, this is to ensure your batch code and time stamp is valid and matches your legible photo submission. Yes you can exchange your prize for an alternative prize in the same tier. Please note, any date or time changes to your prize may incur an administration fee, payable by the winner.

Yes, you can choose to give your prize to a friend or family member; in accepting and partaking in the prize experience, they are accepting the terms and conditions which can be found here.

Yes, it is possible for you to win more than one prize during the promotional period. Winner selections are based on winning moments. There are 10,000 winning moments which will be seeded during the promotional period.
